Step 1

Set It Up

Resono Go hangs on its cord, ready to use. The Flex arrives open on purpose: click it closed, one thumb over and one under.

Step 2

Your First Week

Three to five times a week. Explore the resistance, then sing your usual warm-up through it. Just sing, spin and find your balance.

Common Mistakes

Four Things to Avoid

1

Air Leaks

Seal your lips firmly around the straw. Pinch your nose to check the flow.

2

Jaw or Lip Tension

Let the straw rest lightly; nothing needs gripping.

3

One Setting for Everything

Match the resistance to the exercise, and change it as you go.

4

Pushing Too Much Air

Back off the flow. Steady and gentle beats loud.

Care

Keep It Clean

Soak your Resono Go in hot water with a little washing-up liquid for a few minutes, clean it inside and out, rinse and leave it to dry. Skip anything abrasive. The Flex clicks open so you can clean every surface.
